Helpful Information 

(Client and Sitter Agreement)


Vaccination Paperwork: For the safety of the sitter, up to date vaccination paperwork is required for each pet before any services are provided.


Deposits and Payments: at least 50% of the total amount will be due prior to being placed on the calender for services, due to high demand. This amount is non refundable. The remaining 50% of amount due will be due the last day services are provided. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns!


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted although refunds are not issued for drop in visits, but credit can be applied to your account for future visits!


Emergency Contacts: Please provide emergency contact number(s), and preferred emergency vet if applicable in case of an urgent matter. This must be a contact who is not traveling with you.


Complete All Forms: All forms, pet information and this agreement must completed and signed by owner before services are provided. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns.


Aggressive Pets: If you are not completely sure

your pet(s) will allow a pet sitter to enter your home while you are NOT there and may become aggressive or reactive , I unfortunately will not accept the pet sitting assignment. This is for the safety and wellbeing of both parties.


Daily Visit Requirements For the pet's health and safety, DOGS require a minimum of three visits per 24 hours you are away. CATS are a minimum of one visit per 24 hours, although more times during the day can be added. I do not do every other day visits for any animals. Small reptiles may be excluded from this requirement.


Entry Into Your Home: All keys, lock and gate codes necessary must be given to sitter prior to the first day of visits. There is a small $5 travel fee if sitter picks up keys from owner on a day other than meet and greet. There is also a $5 return fee to bring it back to you). Please reach out to me to discuss other means of retrieving your key.


Returning Home: I take great pride in caring for your pets and securing your home while you are away and i do not want either to be left alone for an extended period of time. Accordingly, I ask that as soon as you return home from your trip to please email or text me immediately (or

within 24 hours) to let me know you made it in safely Please let me know as soon as possible if you need your services extended, I will be there for your pet!


Early Return Home: Unfortunately, if you return

home early from your trip, I will not be able to refund you for any visits you will not need. These time slots were reserved for you; therefore, other assignments could not be taken. Clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved amount of time/visits scheduled.


Leaving Non-Contracted/Visiting Pets: I unfortunately, cannot undertake any pet sitting assignments if non-contracted or visiting pets (i.e. someone else's pets) are left in your home. Each pet owner must book their own separate visit for their pets.


Job Sharing with Friends and Family: For liability purposes, and for the safety of myself, your home and your pets, I cannot share home and/or pet care responsibilities with your friends and family. As always, reach out to me with any questions, concerns. While I do not allow this, I am willing to work something out if possible. The pet's care is my priority.

Third Party Entering Your Home: A Third Party is classified as anyone other than the homeowner or myself. For safety and liability purposes, I will NOT allow a third party to enter your home while I am providing services.

Social Media Photos: Clients may allow or opt out of sitter posting visit pictures on business social media accounts. Pet photos posted on social media will only include portrait mode photos and will not include your personal items or identity.

Phone Calls: Please keep in mind that there is no guarentee that phone calls will be answered immediately or at all. Texting or messaging through the portal is preferred and is the easiest way to contact me. In the event of an emergency with your pet(s), you will be contacted by phone call immediately.

Winter weather: for the safety of the sitter, please provide snow removal services during the time of that day's visits. When visit times are allowed to be flexible, I will arrive at your house at an appropriate and safe time during any winter storm. If sitter cannot safely navigate your driveway, services for * specific scheduled times* will be cancelled and no refunds will be given. Once you have provided removal services, I will attempt to provide services again at an additional charge. Please be understanding of unpredictable New England weather and everyone's overall safety. Staying in communication during this time is important for my safety and they safety of your pets.
